
I wanted to know that I was helping a young person with some of the
issues that adolescents encounter, and to give him stability in his life. I also wanted a
friend and to have fun!

's National Mentoring Institute is pleased to announce the launch of a
new Online Community for mentors to network with other mentors, obtain
support and access resources to develop stronger, more impactful
mentoring relationships. This is to be used in conjunction with
training and support provided to mentors by programs.
Mentors
are invited to join
the community to share their experiences and ask questions.
Mentors can access over 50
linked and downloadable resources to support all phases of the
mentoring relationship through Mentoring.org. Topics range from
building trust, establishing boundaries, mentoring youth from various
backgrounds, resources
for military families, activity ideas, and much more.
